Corporate Counsel – Commercial Contracts

The Corporate Attorney is a key member of the Legal Department, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements in support of a global freight forwarding and logistics business. This role provides legal guidance to business stakeholders and leadership to mitigate risk, support and mentor paralegals, and partners closely with operations, sales, finance, and other cross functional teams to facilitate sound commercial decision making while protecting the company’s legal and business interests.
