We work with family entertainment centers and other event venues to build and operate custom AI agents that run the full customer journey - capturing every inbound inquiry across web, phone, SMS, and email, booking and planning the event with the customer, coordinating with your team, and following up to keep guests coming back.

Runhappy is not software you configure, it's a fully managed service. We design the experience around our customers’ brand, their workflows, and their customers, then operate it for them. Runhapy was founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Mark Ghermezian, who co-founded Braze (BRZE) and served as its first CEO, pioneering a new category that led to the company's IPO in November 2021.
