From good health to chronic conditions: as we age, even the healthiest among us can experience chronic health conditions that require us to follow through on doctor’s orders to strengthen mobility, eat healthier meals or just move more. From fully independent living to receiving some support: living at home as long as possible is a goal for many adults as they climb into their 80s and beyond, and often, all that’s needed is help with things like chores and meals.
