Pool Attendant Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends Position Overview (Pool Attendant / Concierge) Stratton Amenities is seeking a Pool Attendant to support a luxury residential community during weekend hours. This role combines pool area oversight with light concierge-level service, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong, professional presence in the pool area at all times Set up and organize pool furniture, umbrellas, and amenities Monitor access to the pool area and enforce community rules Keep the pool deck clean, orderly, and free of debris throughout the shift Provide towels, refreshments, or amenities if applicable to the property Assist residents with basic requests and provide a hospitality-driven experience Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or rule violations to management Ensure all pool areas are properly reset at the end of each shift Qualifications Prior hospitality, customer service, or pool attendant experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Requirements Must be available to work weekends consistently Must be able to withstand heat and outdoor conditions for extended periods Must pass a background check Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics.
