Job Title Rebuild Mechanic

  • Catoosa, Oklahoma Job Description Rebuild Mechanic Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma NGSG has immediate openings for a Rebuild Mechanic. Must have experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines. Be able to trouble shoot mechanical issues, read milling equipment (mics and calipers), read prints to determine replacement parts needed, and provide written reports to management. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and have the needed tools for the job. Interview must be scheduled. Hours: 40 Per Week, (4) 10-hour shifts, overtime as needed on Fridays No per diem is offered. Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate is Determined by Experience Benefits:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching).
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
  • Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
