You will own the execution within assigned bays, transforming raw materials into high-precision, code-compliant equipment. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a blend of technical welding expertise and assertive people management.

Requirements

Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 10–18 years in a heavy fabrication environment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors). Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams of fitters and welders in a high- pressure environment. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Val sad/Vapid.
