Job description
Clinician 2 (Hourly)
- Maintain assigned caseload; Providing direct care to patients/residents – including assessments, individual counseling, discharge and aftercare planning, treatment plans and updates, weekly progress notes, daily groups facilitation, group note completion, and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments. Per Diem: Friday-Monday 1pm-9:30pm
