We are seeking an experienced MDS Specialist
- Registered Nurse/RN to support multiple senior living and healthcare communities throughout Iowa. This travel-based role is responsible for coordinating resident assessments, completing and submitting MDS documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing reimbursement opportunities, and serving as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary teams.
