Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Job Overview We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to contact US-based prospects, qualify leads, handle basic objections, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The role focuses on commercial insurance and workers’ compensation policy modifications.

Key Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients. Introduce the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value. Qualify leads based on established criteria. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

Follow approved call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations. Record accurate call notes and update customer information in the CRM. Conduct follow-up calls when necessary. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Willing to work Onsite for 6 month Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales campaigns.

Strong active listening and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
