The Campus Operations Coordinator/Project Manager works closely with the Director of Facilities to support the day-to-day and strategic needs of the school. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing key operational and project-based initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals, blending hands-on operational support with the planning and delivery of both short- and long-term projects.

Immediate 18-Month Renovation Focus: In addition to core campus duties, this position will serve as our primary, in-house "boots on the ground" coordinator managing the complex internal logistics of vacating a 60,000 sq. ft. facility, transitioning operations into temporary classroom trailers, and managing the eventual return move.

While an external Owner’s Representative firm and a Construction Manager handle the macro-level construction and structural engineering, this role will own the human, organizational, and moving logistics to ensure zero downtime for the school year and camp operations. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective execution.

Support the Director of Facilities in daily logistics, systems improvement, and process development. Assist with compliance tasks including policy updates, regulatory documentation, vendor COI’s. Prepare operational reports and summaries for leadership, tracking project impact and alignment with school goals. Performs other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will possess: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in school operations, corporate relocations, event logistics, project coordination, or high-volume administrative operations. Exceptional organizational skills; a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain highly accurate inventory/tracking lists. Strong interpersonal skills; able to firmly hold external vendors and contractors accountable while remaining supportive and patient with internal school staff during a disruptive transition.
