Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 1st Shift, Job Category: General Labor, Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety in your workday? We're looking for a Special Projects Tech to support our production operations and help maintain and improve our facility and grounds.

THis role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. As a key member of our Special Projects team, you'll work closely with the Special Projects Coordinator to: Operate forklifts, chipper machines, and stripping machines safely and efficiently. Transport ans secure recyclable materilas and supplies using company vehicles and trailers.

Assist with fabrication, welding, and remodeling projects across the facility. Maintain and enhance property grounds - fencing, landscaping, trash removal, and more. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment like skid steers, excavators, and chippers. Support company events with setup and breakdown. Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring: Experience with forklifts and heavy equipment (preferred but not required-we'll train the right candidate!) Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Why Join Us?
