Energy Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Energy Sales Director to lead and mentor a team of Energy Advisors. The Energy Sales Director will play a critical role in guiding the team as they help businesses navigate complex energy challenges, including market volatility, carbon reduction targets, and energy reliability.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience in retail commercial energy will be essential to the success of your team. You’ll also play an important part in growing the team itself; partnering with talent acquisition to identify, hire, and develop top sales talent who align with 5’s mission and culture.
