General Dentist

Overview

General Dentist – Laredo, TX DUTIES:  Responsible for providing general dental services, leading dental assistants and other professionals, and participate in continuing education events.  Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.  Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.

 See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.  Participate in Continuing Education events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.  Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.  Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.

 Interact with other General Practice dentists daily in a professional and cordial manner.  Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.  Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.  Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.

 Communicate effectively with the office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

D.D.S, or foreign equivalent degree. State dental license. SALARY: $275,000 to $450,000 per year LOCATION: 1918 US-83, Laredo, TX 78046
