Job description
To operate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to residents including health assessments, diagnoses, management, evaluation of care outcomes, performing procedures, and counseling. In addition, the NP is expected to identify and implement research-based innovations for improving resident care at the individual, organizational and system levels, and lead and collaborate with other members of the team to conduct and/or support care quality initiatives
