Job Description: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Full Time Day Shift Chillicothe OH Traditions of Chillicothe, located in Chillicothe Ohio, is a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Qualified candidates for this position offer: Ohio STNA certification (only applies to state tested nursing assistants) High school diploma or GED ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs/assists with all resident direct care needs and comforts of daily living as needed.

Communicates professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing. Assists nurses with assigned tasks Adheres to the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation. Documents resident information timely, accurately and confidentially. Adheres to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.

Practices universal precautions. Uses protective equipment, follows infection control protocol standards, policies and procedures. Performs food service functions.
