Job Title: Associate Customer Service Representative Location: Springfield, IL Position Type: Contracted – 03 Months Job Type: 100% On-Site Pay rate: $20/-hr on W2 Position Responsibilities: Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person. Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests Enter orders into SAP when PO received Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.

Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from Service. Max queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks Data Entry experience. Educational requirement: High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.

Or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience. Important: No Overtime available currently but depends on the role. Extensions based on the requirement.
