Responsible for all day-to-day warehouse operations. Control operation: receiving, pick, pack, dispatch and re-packaging follow the SOP. Control product status on a computerized system within the scope of authorization. Participate in drafting and reviewing processes related to warehouse operations. Train staff in standard operating procedures related to warehouse operations and control their performance.
Report irregularities, deviations, damages or shortages. Ensure compliance with regulations in all situations unless approved by an authorized person. Ensure goods are properly stored in appropriate conditions. Maintain stable and clean warehouse operations. Maintain all equipment, devices and tools of the warehouse in normal operation.
Ensure proper implementation of pest control plan and control using chemical. Coordinate to investigate customer complaints regarding warehouse’s operations. Manage the transportation of goods to meet the import and delivery requirements of the distribution center and transport efficiency. Plan and control transportation costs, cost related to warehouse operation in line with the approved budget.
Perform self-inspection when findings are found, thereby coordinating to propose and implement corrective and preventive actions. Receive automatic alerts via phone messages when there is a deviation in storage conditions in the warehouse and coordinate subsequent related actions in protecting product quality. Manage activities related to order fulfillment (invoices, deliveries, etc.)

Acting as a warehouse representative to participate in the preparation and reception of Global/ local inspections. Responsible for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives.
Assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under her supervision. Monitor all activities of warehouse to ensure comply with HSE, Security regulation.

ABOUT YOU
Possess a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a bachelor degree with a major related to warehouse management. Experience: Working for at least 1 year in warehouse management. Worked in a multinational company. Knowledge: English: Fluent (oral & written communication) Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in SAP is a plus. Business analysis/ Distribution Channel including financial flow and physical flow.
