Job description
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician I with housing at Rohlffs Manor II and III, a 355-unit affordable senior housing community in Napa, CA. This is a HUD and Tax Credit. Must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience and skills in plumbing and electrical. Must be willing to do janitorial duties.
Salary range: $16.50 -$26.62 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $16.50-$21.12 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
