• Formwork Carpentry / Rough Carpentry / Finishing Carpentry / Civil Carpentry We’re gearing up for the busy season and looking for multiple carpenters for residential, commercial and civil projects starting in the coming weeks. On Offer: Days/Time of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (days and time may vary) Pay: $28 - $40 per hour, depending on your skill set Up to $1,200 sign-up bonuses for NZ-based applicants Permanent or temp to perm opportunity depending on candidate You need: At least two years of relevant carpentry experience / NZQF Level 4 qualification in Carpentry / equivalent overseas qualification Proficiency in using carpentry hand tools and power tools (preferably own tools) Able to pass drug test and criminal record check Must be physically fit and own reliable transportation Right to work in New Zealand (work visa holders considered) Tasks will depend on specific qualifications and assigned job, including: Perform various carpentry duties ranging from formwork and concrete to finishing carpentry Work with a range of materials including timber, plywood, MDF, particleboard, laminates, etc. Operate, maintain, and safely use hand tools, portable power tools, and woodworking machinery. Ensure compliance with New Zealand Building Code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
