HR Partner needed in a school in Hyderabad (Bachupally). Immediate joining needed. Job Description Providing strategic support to SLT in the area of People Plan (short-term and long-term), Drive Culture Alignment, Workforce Planning and Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Competitive Bench-marking, and enable decision making through HR Analytics and dashboards Provide HR operational support to the School team in the area of new staff onboarding, compensation and benefits, recruiting, retention and training, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, HR projects and HR budget management.

Provide timely accurate data and reports to the Regional HR team. Key Result Area: Strategic HR Recruitment ,HR Operations and Administration Performance Management and Rewards Employee Engagement & Personal Development Health Wellness and Safe Workplace Required Skills/Abilities MBA in HR 8+ years of experience in HR Demonstrable experience of heading HR functions and handling team Contemporary knowledge of HR best practices.

Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and confident use of communication technology Strong conflict resolution and relationship management Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail Professional and ethical practices Strong on critical problem solving and analytical decision making Experienced in change management and cultural transformation Looking for Local candidates from Hyderabad.
