Manager Order & Billing Operations

As the Manager of Order & Billing Operations, you will oversee regional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and client support. You will act as an escalation point for complex issues, collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and revenue goals.

This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will support ATI – Northeast and South regions.
