Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Massachusetts Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy for clients in Massachusetts.

This role focuses on delivering practical mental health support through assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and ongoing client care. As an LICSW, you will help clients understand patterns, manage symptoms, build coping skills, and work toward healthier daily functioning. You will have the structure of a full-time weekday schedule while providing care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
