Licensed Practical Nurse- Hospice (Field)

Night (United States of America) Licensed Practical Nurse- Hospice (Field) Provides direct patient care to hospice patients in a variety of settings and levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN. Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays as assigned to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week care assigned to a variety of teams/duties.

Valid Driver's license with a good driving record; Personal car in good working order Valid Florida license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) BLS and IV certification per department requirement Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgery Nursing or equivalent Hospice experience preferred Graduated from an accredited nursing program, must meet criteria for employment by Halifax Health
