Job Address: 4770 Larimer Pkwy Johnstown, CO 80534 Registered Nurse MGR (Floor RN MGR – Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility) Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: M-F Midnight to 8:30am. What You’ll Do As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey.
Your responsibilities
Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies. Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs. Handles patient complaints. Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery. Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights. Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership. Leads code drills. Provides training support to new staff. What We’re Looking For Current RN license (in good standing). BSN preferred ; ADN considered with relevant experience.
Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Must be 21 years or older .
