Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year.

Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and challenges. Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive, proactive, and personalized service. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions. Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills. Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm processes. Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement. Your Desired Experiences, Skills & Education: 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related industry role CPA license preferred or active pursuit of certification Accounting experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve Passion for helping teammates and clients succeed Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability LI-VK1 We Put People First in all that we do.
