Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role Monitors and operates critical plant systems (e.g., boilers, refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems), ensuring safe and efficient performance. Inspects equipment, adjusts controls, reads gauges, and identifies and resolves or reports malfunctions. Performs water testing and chemical management, and completes minor and emergency repairs using appropriate tools and equipment.

Prioritizes and completes work orders, interprets schematics and specifications, and prepares necessary materials and supplies. Maintains accurate records, equipment documentation, and work histories while responding promptly to emergencies. Supports safe, efficient operations by supervising assigned staff, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety, compliance, and cost-control standards.

Qualifications
