Job Description: Interim Site Administrator $65,000-70,000/year Essential Functions Provide functional supervision to Career. Link staff and partners to ensure optimal services and resources are available at Berks County Career. Link® sites Promote functional PA Career. Link® teams to facilitate cross-functional operations and service delivery throughout funding streams, collective bargaining agreements, and governmental regulations.
Analyze operational needs; collaborate with partners, and Fiscal Agent to develop and monitor RSA; research other funding sources for additional revenue to reduce partner costs and expand services. Use and comply with provisions of all current manuals, handbooks, and other documents derived from federal, state, PA Career.
Link® or BWPO policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Fiscal Agent and one stop partners to recommend RSA budget changes based on an analysis of expenditures, data trends, and service projections. Maintain a site floor plan that facilitates efficiency and effectiveness; monitor equipment inventory of tools, materials, and supplies and ensure proper installation and usage to safety and regulatory standards.
Serve as landlord liaison and maintain detailed knowledge of building lease terms to ensure compliance. Communicate with Title I and BWPO Regional staff on all work activities, timeframes, identified problems, and recommended solutions through reports, staff meetings, and formal discussions. Develop and implement orientation procedures to train new staff on site procedures and policies.
Conduct regular full Career. Link staff meetings as well as professional development sessions for staff. Establish and enforce PA Career. Link® operational policies to include, but not limited to, office hours, data confidentiality, health and safety, supervision for after hour shifts, closings, and emergencies. Participate in public relations activities for community organizations to promote awareness and use of PA Career.
Link® services; address requests for labor market and workforce data. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local elected officials, employers, community and union officials, educators, and public and private agencies and organizations. Analyze and respond to workforce and economic development needs and expectations of the community and local employers, enhancing, improving, and/or expanding PA Career.
Link® services as appropriate. Build employer relationships to promote business services available through PA Career. Link®; develop networking opportunities, hiring events, employer panels, and candidate pipeline to sector careers. Engage with the Business Services Manager in implementing and executing an action plan that successfully develops employer relationships and meets local business needs.
Assess and track service delivery needs in relation to PA Career. Link® staff knowledge; coordinate with partners to address identified staff development through training. Hold monthly meetings with co-located partners in order to effectively coordinate programs and services and ensure that all staff adhere to both center and program guidelines.
Participate in partner leadership meetings providing timely updates of Career. Link activities and services. Develop and implement procedures to respond to immediate customer and operational needs; timely address customer feedback and operational service recovery as needed.
Education and Experience
Experience in managing people and buildings and maintaining and growing coalitions and partnerships Experience in business and community outreach Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education or human resources, or related experience in business, management, professional training, or sales Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectives Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude Proficient in Microsoft computer systems Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Access to reliable transportation required EDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
