Deze stage is gevestigd in Hilversum (volledig op locatie). Je wordt onderdeel van een internationale organisatie waar we gezamenlijk innovatieve geur-oplossingen ontwikkelen voor toonaangevende wereldwijde merken.

Waar jij het verschil maakt Ondersteunen van het Project Coordinatie / Fragrance Development Support (FDS)-team bij projectadministratie, communicatie, planning en coördinatie. Coördineren van geur monsters om tijdige voorbereiding, beschikbaarheid en verzending van benchmarks, geurstoffen, bases en applicaties te waarborgen.

Voorbereiden van fysieke sample promotie pakketten inclusief labelen en verpakken voor interne en externe doeleinden. Beheren van intake, voortgangsbewaking en oplevering van geselecteerde projecten via het PUMA-projectmanagementsysteem. Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder Scent Design, Technical, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Laboratory Operations en Account Management.

Opvolgen van projectverzoeken en verzamelen van informatie ter ondersteuning van een succesvolle projectuitvoering en klantleveringen. Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van vergaderingen, voorbereiden van vergadermaterialen en vastleggen van acties en besluiten via notulen. Assisteren bij interne en externe klantbezoeken en teamevenementen.

Bijdragen aan rapportages, procesverbeteringen en het optimaliseren van trainingsmaterialen en projecthandleidingen. Wat jou geschikt maakt Je volgt momenteel een MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Commerciële Economie, Techniek of een vergelijkbare richting aan een Nederlandse onderwijsinstelling. Je bent beschikbaar voor een fulltime stage van ongeveer 6 maanden.

Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent sterk georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail. Je kunt goed omgaan met meerdere prioriteiten en deadlines in een dynamische omgeving. Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en denkt in oplossingen. Je werkt gemakkelijk zowel zelfstandig als in multidisciplinaire teams.

Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office, waaronder Word, Excel en PowerPoint. Je hebt interesse in parfum ontwikkeling, projectcoördinatie, innovatie in de geurstoffenindustrie. Where You'll Make a Difference Support the F ragrance D evelopment S upport / Project Coordination team with project administration, communication, planning and coordination activities. Coordinate fragrance project samples to ensure timely preparation, availability and shipment of benchmarks, fragrance oils, bases and applications.

Prepare physical sample packages, including assembling, decanting, labeling and packaging materials for internal and external stakeholders. Manage the intake, progress tracking and delivery of selected projects through the PUMA project management system. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Scent Design, Technical, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Laboratory Operations and Account Management.

Follow up on project requests and collect information to support successful project execution and customer delivery timelines. Support meeting organization, prepare meeting materials and document key actions and decisions through minute-taking. Assist with internal and external customer visits and team events. Contribute to reporting activities, process improvements and the rationalization of training materials and project manuals.

What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing an MBO or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field at a Dutch school . Available for a full-time internship of approximately 6 months. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in project coordination, innovation and the fragrance industry.
