Deli Manager (Full-Time) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager to join our team at SPAR Caherdavin on a full-time basis. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our deli operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and food quality. Manage the day-to-day operation of the deli and fresh food department Lead and support the deli team to provide excellent customer service Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness Ensure food safety and HACCP procedures are followed at all times Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, rotation and waste Organise daily tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently Support the training and development of deli team members Work closely with store management, follow company procedures and maintain a safe working environment Previous deli/fresh food experience, ideally at supervisory or management level Strong leadership and customer service skills Good knowledge of food safety, food hygiene and HACCP principles Experience in stock control, ordering and waste management Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to lead, support and motivate a team in a busy environment Flexibility to work varied shifts
