• Girls Varsity Lacrosse Location: Centennial High School Hours: 3:00 pm to varies Start Date: ASAP Season Dates: April 5, 2027
• June 19, 2027 Salary: Compensation in the amount of $5,386 stipend per Centennial Schools Teacher Contract
• Schedule B Benefits: No benefits Duties: Oversee all aspects of the Centennial High School Girls' Lacrosse program including but not limited to setting up practices, games, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; willingness to work in collaboration with the Centennial Youth Lacrosse Association, with the Centennial Girls' Lacrosse booster club and to schedule regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games. Preferences: A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.

Qualifications

A strong background in high school, collegiate, and/or club lacrosse competition as a player and coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in educational-based athletics. Leadership skills including but not limited to strong communication with all stakeholders, detailed organization, clear vision for player and program development, ability to motivate, and conflict resolution, as well as the willingness and ability to work collaboratively with student-athletes, administration, parents/guardians, and staff to heighten the experience for student-athletes.
