This role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while working on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to system breakdowns and perform scheduled preventive maintenance Commission Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Overhaul and fault-find across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems Document and report equipment results accurately Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide training and operational advice to customers What We’re Looking For 4+ years’ experience as a technician in HVAC or industrial cooling Strong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting Mechanical and/or electrical expertise within HVAC Ability to read schematics and produce clear reports Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Current driver’s license Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks Our Culture & Benefits Across our 12 branches in Australia, we foster a supportive, diverse culture with access to world-class products and opportunities for growth.
