Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, and individualized treatment plans.

Compensation

& Benefits Competitive salary of $77,000–$85,000 annually Performance bonus opportunity of up to $13,200 per year Comprehensive health insurance and benefits package IRA retirement plan with 3% employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing education support Clinical mentorship and professional development Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Supportive and collaborative team environment Career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized organization Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing patient-centered care Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Why Join FYZICAL East Cobb?
