Job description
The Deputy Director of Alcohol and Drug is responsible for overseeing multiple managers and coordinators to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality behavioral health services across the department. This position provides leadership in staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to support efficient workflows, excellent customer service, and effective service outcomes.
This role ensures that policies, procedures, and performance standards are consistently applied while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. This class works independently, under limited supervision. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Alcohol and Drug Department.
