Director Information Technology Operations

The Director of Information Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing the companies IT Department. Clark Pacific strives to be a technology leader, and the Director develops strategy and plans to implement innovative solutions leveraging AI or other tools to advance technology. This role leads the IT team, oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, support services, data integration, and technology projects that enable reliable operations and business growth.

This position is a working manager role and is expected to both lead the team and directly participate in technical problem-solving, system administration, vendor coordination, project delivery, and user support escalation. The Director partners with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
