Equipment Yard Supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Equipment Yard Lead is responsible for coordinating daily yard operations, maintaining yard safety and appearance standards, supporting equipment logistics, and providing leadership and training to Yard Attendants and other yard personnel. This position serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day yard activities and works closely with the Regional Yard Manager and Equipment Yard Supervisor to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and Caterpillar standards. The Equipment Yard Lead is expected to lead by example, provide hands-on support, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
