MRA is seeking reliable, caring, and adaptable K-8 Substitute Teachers to join our team. Substitutes play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning when classroom teachers are absent. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with students, can maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, and are committed to supporting our school’s mission and expectations.

Responsibilities

Follow the teacher’s lesson plans to provide instruction and supervision Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment Communicate effectively with students and staff Uphold school policies, routines, and expectations Report any concerns or incidents to school administration Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher and TSPC Substitute License Experience working with children or in educational settings Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt as needed Must pass required background checks
