Senior Business Development Manager
Job description
Our client is a business advisory firm who has recently seen an increased demand from Asia, specifically China. Having recognized this business opportunity, they would like to engage a Senior Business Development Manager to manage current demands, and grow their Asian portfolio. You will report directly to the Management Team and will have one direct report initially, with an intention to grow the team as demand increases.
The role pays up to €55K basic starting salary with an expected €70K if you meet your KPIs. Role & Responsibilities Provide business advisory services to HNW individuals, families and corporate clients Drive growth across Asia, with a focus on the Chinese and Turkish markets Lead marketing initiatives targeting Mandarin- and Turkish-speakers Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies Represent the company in person at high-end events and conferences Travel extensively to attend client meetings throughout Asia Education, Skills & Experience Educated to Post-Grad level Commercially-minded with strong business acumen Excellent communication skills in English , both written and spoken Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken Fluent in Turkish would be ideal but is not a requirement Experience of working with private advisory firm or corporate service provider Experience of advising foreign nationals on immigration issues in Malta Experience of advising companies on the benefits of having Maltese entities Exceptional interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills Able to travel internationally to represent the company About this role Salary up to €55K basic Competitive KPI-driven bonus (OTE €15K per year) Private Health insurance Private parking Please, apply with your detailed CV in English *Job.
