Research Scientist, Peptide Chemistry

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Peptide Chemist to join our dynamic team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials in peptide medicinal chemistry, along with expertise in formulation strategies for peptide therapeutics. In this role, the successful applicant will be a key member of the laboratory, contributing to the design and synthesis of peptide analogs intended to enhance the potency, pharmacokinetics, stability, and in vivo efficacy of potential drug candidates, with a particular focus on long-acting injectable formats.

They will have ample opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary drug discovery projects, engage in independent ideation, and help drive innovative practices that accelerate peptide drug discovery efforts.
