KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team
• Drive sales targets and achieve KPIs
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Manage stock levels, transfers and daily store admin
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient store
