Job description
The Lead Cook in Memory Care is responsible for preparing high quality meals according to therapeutic diets. The Lead Cook is responsible for menu planning, high quality food prep, ala carte service, presentation, and employee supervision, as well as any other job duties listed below or as outlined by their supervisor.
Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
