Description Warehouse Supervisor Waddell, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/yr We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, where you'll lead daily warehouse operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure customer commitments are executed safely, accurately, and on time.

Success in this role means driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, fostering a strong safety culture, and creating an environment where associates can perform at their best. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced distribution environments, enjoys coaching and developing people, and can balance operational execution with continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Impact: As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will: Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling functions to ensure service and productivity goals are achieved. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Monitor warehouse performance metrics, labor utilization, and workflow priorities, making real-time adjustments to optimize throughput, accuracy, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, inventory controls, and warehouse operating procedures. Partner with warehouse leadership and Human Resources on employee development, performance management, staffing, and retention initiatives.

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. What You Bring to the Table: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or people leadership role.

Experience managing warehouse operations, labor planning, productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office applications, and operational reporting tools.

Flexibility to support varying shifts, weekends, overtime, and peak operational periods as business needs require.
