LVN - DPSNF - Per Diem - Days

Under general supervision of the Director, Clinical Manager and RN. The LVN delivers patient care within LVN scope of practice to the ages of the patients served. Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for all patient groups.
