Paralegal - Memphis, TN

The Memphis office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for a Paralegal to join its Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice. This position provides substantive legal support to attorneys handling commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights, foreclosure, collections, and related litigation matters.

Responsibilities include

drafting and filing legal documents, conducting due diligence and public records research, supporting post-judgment recovery efforts, managing case administration, reviewing title and collateral documentation, and recording documents in property records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
