AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, has due to internal promotion, an immediate opening for a highly motivated hands-on Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resources and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning. Further, the HR Manager leads and directs all aspects of the site’s HR activities, including employee relations, team engagement, performance management, benefits, compensation, labor/regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and implementation of HR programs.
