Powder Paint Prep Operator - 1st shift

For over 80 years, Rice Lake Weighing Systems has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our community. We are seeking a Paint Prep Operator to join our team. The Paint Prep Operator operates phosphatizing equipment (power washer/spray wand) to prep parts for painting. Operates power hand tools such as: hand grinder, dual action (da) sander and wire wheels. Ability to work with phosphatizing chemicals is a must. Ensures that all parts are prepared prior to painting to ensure paint adhesion.
