Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet every customer with a professional, helpful attitude, ensuring they feel like part of the Walker family. Workflow Conductor: Direct and coordinate the shop workflow using the best management systems in the industry. Trusted Advisor: Communicate the results of our comprehensive digital inspections, helping customers understand their vehicle's needs through prioritized, transparent estimates.
Excellence Coordinator: Order high-quality parts and ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer clean and up to our 'WOW' quality standards.
Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in a sales or customer service position Exceptional people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to represent a quality organization with professional conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
