Associate, Collection Specialist, Risk Management Group

Job Purpose We’re looking for a Senior Analyst with strong exposure to Credit Card Collections operations , NPA processes , UAT defect validation , and reconciliation/reporting Key Accountabilities and Requirements

• Lead UAT execution and provide sign-offs for defects and enhancements across collection status, allocation and payment files, BE events, payment appropriations, and delinquency block codes in credit cards
• Conduct GL reconciliations for write-off and NPA accounts; investigate, resolve, and close reconciliation breaks.
• Perform independent checks and validations for NPA automation; validate NPA data for accurate reporting in credit cards. Job Duties & responsibilities
• Own checks/validation for NPA automation & confirm NPA data for reporting
• Prepare & share write-off/recovery details; support NPA audits
• Lead UAT testing & sign-offs for defects/enhancements: collection status/allocation/payment files, BE events, payment appropriations, delinquency block codes
• Perform GL recon for write-off/NPA accounts; investigate & close breaks
• Prepare/share operational files: SOC money collection, Pre-X risk banding, pre-due base, pre-due & OVL allocations , daily status files
• Handle stakeholder queries on collection/account status & coordinate closure with Tech/Reporting/Collections Required Experience - 5-10 years’ experience in Banking & Finance.
• Basic background of accounting entries Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in any field having banking and finance experience Core Competencies
• The ability to clearly convey information, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences
• The capacity to identify issues, analyze them, and develop effective solutions
• The ability to collaborate effectively with others, contribute to group efforts, and foster a positive work environment
• Credit Cards Collections/NPA domain + UAT/testing mindset + strong Excel/data validation + stakeholder coordination. Technical Competencies MS Excel, Word, Power point Work Relationship Team-player with good inter-personal, communication & writing skills. Should be well versed with Excel, power point .
