Floating LIHTC Leasing Consultant

Fore Property Company, a privately held and growing national development and property management company is searching for the best-in-class candidates in the industry to join our team as a Floating Leasing Consultant for our LIHTC communities in the Las Vegas, NV portfolio. As a Floating Leasing Consultant, your energy and expertise will drive exceptional leasing experiences across multiple communities.

You will be responsible for answering incoming inquiries, scheduling property tours and leasing apartment homes. Excellent communication, customer service, sales and marketing experience are all necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

Ensure the apartments and target apartments are ready to show and that the tour path is acceptable Drive leasing activity by conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through the leasing process. Effectively communicates the unique value of the community and amenities. Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms and all community policies Close sales to meet property occupancy objectives Complete lease agreements and collects rental deposits Greet new residents and manage the move-in process Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events, social media efforts and outreach and other marketing Prepare and verify files to meet FPC Management and the applicable State guidelines and policies Maintain work area and office in clean and orderly manner Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints Requirements: Minimum of 2-year multifamily leasing experience with at least 1 year of LIHTC leasing experience required.

Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday Knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing regulations, and Fair Housing laws ensures compliance and ethical leasing practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENTCafe Platform a plus.
