Job description
Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse is responsible for performing and organizing the clerical activities necessary to maintain the medical record, ordering of office and medical supplies, and the coordination of on-going activities within the assigned unit. In the role of Unit Clerk, is responsible for assigning and placing patients in appropriate rooms according to age: Adult and Geriatric.
