Your day-to-day will include: Evaluating patients and understanding their goals—not just their diagnosis Assessing strength, range of motion, balance, posture, and movement patterns Creating individualized treatment plans that fit real life Treating patients using exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based techniques Educating patients so they feel confident taking ownership of their recovery Communicating clearly with referring providers Collaborating with a team that values ideas and initiative No two days are exactly the same, and that variety is part of what makes the work rewarding.
